CANCELLATIONS POLICY
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyones life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all my clients the following policy is honoured.
24-hour notice is required when cancelling a training session. This gives me the opportunity to schedule another client into that training time. If you are unable to give me 24 hours’ notice this will be charged at the full rate of your training session.
