It is extremely important to be physically active at any age but it would be great if people stayed as active later on in life. Being active has it’s benefits; as we know it improves our physical and mental health. Exercise also enables people to stay connected and sociable as you can train with friends and family or meet new people.
Exercise improves mobility and strength. Keeping the body strong is extremely important and exercise is the best way to keep mobile and strong. Even if it means going on a gentle, social walk.
