Sara obtained her Level 3 Personal Training Certificate in 2013. While completing this Sara specialised in Keiser Cycle, Circuit Training, Core Stability, Kettlebells, Padwork, Suspension Fitness and above all Mental Health.

Sara persued a career in health and fitness setting up as an independent Personal Trainer in Surrey. She continued to increase her knowledge by reading, researching and developed new ideas and gaining further qualifications through YMCA Fit.

Sara’s training techniques are a hybrid of the various styles acquired over the years and most importantly incorporated a great wealth of personal experience and knowledge of mental health and it’s attributes to physical health.

Sara has experienced a mental breakdown and through guidance, training and focus she has come through the other side. Sara’s goal is to teach people that it is possible to breakthrough the stigma and break the bad habits. Sara is on this journey with you and will be every step of the way.
